Insurance:

FIS Outdoor offers medical, dental, disability and life insurance benefits for all regular, full-time employees and their dependents. Eligible employees will also receive company paid life with accidental death and disability and long-term disability insurance to at no cost.

401(k) Plan:

The company offers a 401(k) retirement plan for all employees who meet minimum age and length of service requirements.

  • Thanksgiving Day (2 days)
  • Christmas Day

Paid Time Off:

The company provides paid time off (PTO) to regular full-time employees:

  • First Year: 4.5 Days
  • Second Years: 12 Days
  • Two Years, But Less Than Ten Years: 15 Days
  • Ten Years and Over: 20 Days
